My name is Paige, and I’m a Primal Health Coach and personal trainer who is deeply passionate about helping others feel their best. I graduated from Denison University with a degree in Health, Exercise, and Sports Studies, where my love for wellness truly grew.
My own health journey started in college while playing a sport that left me feeling physically, mentally, and emotionally drained. That experience taught me how important it is to support the body through movement, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits.
Now, as a coach and trainer, I love helping others move past the myths of diet culture, embrace movement as medicine, and create a lifestyle that feels balanced, sustainable, and fulfilling.
“Give yourself grace” has always been my favorite saying, and it guides everything I do. I help women nourish their bodies, move with purpose, and build habits that support longevity.

Clients also get access to tools like grocery dos and don’ts, custom workout plans, and practical resources to make lasting change simple and achievable.

My 12-week fitness program is designed to help you feel strong, confident, and energized while enjoying the journey. Choose 1 personal training session per week ($850) for guidance and weekly check-ins, or 2 sessions per week ($1,450) for extra support and faster results. Whether in-person or virtual, this program is all about building strength, creating healthy habits, and helping you feel your absolute best.

Supplement Use
As a personal trainer, former college athlete, group fitness instructor, and health coach, fitness has always been a huge part of my life. Mobility, stability, and balance are three pillars I believe are essential for supporting longevity within the human body.
Movement also plays a major role in our cardiovascular health, metabolism, and inflammation levels. When we move our bodies consistently and with intention, we support our ability to stay strong, capable, and healthy for the long run.
I can admit that I’ve fallen for so many diet myths, meal replacement hacks, and other “quick fixes” that honestly ended up doing more harm than good. For a while, it completely threw my body off and left me feeling physically ill.
I really started to kickstart my food journey when I began experiencing skin breakouts and thinning hair. That was a wake-up call. Learning what ingredients to avoid, what foods we think are healthy but actually aren’t, and how to properly fuel my body truly changed everything for me.

Although we can often get many of the nutrients we need from whole foods and sunlight, I think it’s important to understand how to support our bodies when that’s not always possible.
I can help educate and inspire clients to explore different options and encourage reaching out to qualified medical professionals if a supplement sparks interest. As someone who personally uses supplements, I believe it’s important to approach them thoughtfully and as a complement to a healthy lifestyle.
Nutrition
As someone who struggles with IBS, gut health is something I connect with deeply. The sharp pains, constant bloating, and overall discomfort are not a way anyone should have to live.
Through my own journey, I’ve learned how important it is to support the body through movement, nutrition, and lifestyle habits. Together, we can explore ways to relieve tension in the body, better support digestion, and learn about natural approaches that may help improve gut health through education and awareness.
